Terms and conditions
We consider the delivery of our tables as important as the tables themselves. We have set up our European logistics network with the objective of being fast, affordable and informative. Below you will find the details of what to expect once you have placed your order.
We do apply a flat shipping fee all over Europe of 30 euro. At Matrika we believe that all European citizens should be treated equally and with the same conditions.
All our shipments are handled by TNT, and we opted for a premium service through TNT Express
Our tables are shipped flat and they weigh respectively approximately 25, 36 and 50kg for Small, Medium and Large. The tables will be delivered to the main door of your building. You should be able to bring them from there to your living or dining room with the help of just another person. We advise you not to do it alone.
If you do not have anybody helping you, or you require special assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. It will be our pleasure to help you
Before launching Matrika, we were customers like you and we always hated the long and unreliable delivery intervals for our furniture. For this reason we decided to pick a slightly better delivery method from our partner TNT. You will find all estimated delivery times on each one of our product pages. Normally it should take 10 working days from the order date. Our courier will call you before the day of shipment and you will be able to select a 3-only hour window, typically before 12 noon.
No-question-asked, we offer you to return your table within 30 days from the day of purchase, as well as a full warranty on all our tables. Once we receive the table back at our factory, we will refund you the full amount, minus shipping cost. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need more information.
Our packaging, while being as eco-friendly as possible, is also designed to keep our tables damage-free throughout shipment. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged table, please contact us asap and we will take care of replacing it.
change or cancel your order
For any change or cancellation to your order, contact us via WhatsApp or email. Typically if the change is requested within 24 hours from the order, there will be no problem. However, if the request comes later than that, you may be charged a re-routing fee. It goes without saying that in both cases you will receive a full refund of the cost of the product.
