POLICY

We accept returns within 100 days of you receiving the item. We will refund you once the item is received back at our warehouse.

PROCESS

Email us at info@matrika.io if you would like to return the item. We will email you the return label for you to print. We will also schedule collection at a time and date that best suits you.

WARRANTY

All products have a full year warranty. Should you have any problem with your product, please take pictures and/or videos and send them to us. Our experts will then be able to give you more details. We do cover 100% of malfunctioning issues due to manufacturing.

DAMAGES

In case your product arrives damaged, do not worry. Just contact us and send us pictures right away.
